Ebook Help - Download Instructions
Need a little help downloading your ebook?
Did you just purchase an ebook from my store? Thank you!
Do you need a little help getting your newly purchased ebook on your preferred reading device? Simply follow these instructions, and you'll be reading in no time!
These instructions assume you have already purchased a book from my Official Michael-Scott Earle Ebook Store.
Check your email inbox/spam/promotions/other folder for an email from Bookfunnel (note. Make sure to look in the email you used during the store checkout).
Bookfunnel not only distributes my ebooks, they also provide a system for getting your ebook on the device of your choice.
The email will have a subject line that looks like the following:
Here's "[ebook title]" by Michael-Scott Earle
Just click the download button in the email and you'll be on your way!
The Easy Way
I can't find, or I deleted my download email
That's not a problem! Bookfunnel creates an online library for you to access your books from any browser. As long as you know the email you used during the store checkout, you can access your book from Bookfunnel directly.
Download your ebook from your Bookfunnel library
(if you have issues, please contact Bookfunnel support at https://bookfunnel.com/help/)
It'll look like this:
If you don't have an existing Bookfunnel library
BookFunnel has created a library for you, and placed the book in it. Simply type in the email you used to check out at my store and click the Sign in to My Library button.
BookFunnel will ask you to verify your email. Just go to your email and click the verification link.
BookFunnel will now ask you to create a password. Make it awesome!
That's it! You'll see the book in your new BookFunnel library!

Now click the title you want to download and select Download Book. It'll ask you what device you want to read the book on, and give you instructions on how to do it.
If you already have a Bookfunnel library
Log into your Bookfunnel library like normal. Your new ebook will be there as long as your Bookfunnel account email matches the email you entered during the store checkout.
Don't worry if you used a different email and created a new library. You can always contact Bookfunnel support to have your two libraries merged. You can reach them here:
None of this worked! What do I do?
99% of the time, this is due to a typo in your email address during checkout. You can contact me using the form on my About Me page:
Please include your full name, the book you're trying to download, and the email you intended to use during checkout. I'll get back to you ASAP!
